#HireTrans Chicago was a 2017 visibility campaign to advocate for the hiring of more transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals by corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits. In 2018, #HireTransNow brought the campaign a step further by engaging employers in making concrete commitments to proactively recruit transgender job candidates and improve their trans-inclusive workplace practices.
